As at December 31, 2005, the Board of Directors of the

Both advise the company on developments relating to
controlled-release drug delivery technology. They have
extensive experience in all related areas of
pharmaceutical chemistry and controlled-release
formulation development. The Scientific Advisors serve as
consultants to IntelliPharmaCeutics and counsel and advise
it on a continuous basis throughout the year. The
individuals listed below, together with Professor Odidi
and Dr. Amina Odidi, are members of the Scientific
